Welcome to Hartlepool Citizens Advice Bureau
The Hartlepool Citizens Advice Bureau has very central and easily accessible offices on Park Road. The Bureau offers an advice, information and advocacy service and some of the areas in which we advice and assist clients are:

- Community Care
- Housing & Homelessness
- Welfare Benefits
- Taxes
- Consumer Matters
- Discrimination Law
Whether or not your particular problem or advice need is listed above, you can always contact us to find out if we can help and, if not, we can tell you who can help you.
Our service is provided by a mixture of paid and volunteer staff and advice standards are constantly monitored. A complaints procedure is available if any client is unhappy with our service.
Our services are independent, free and confidential and we welcome all suggestions on how service can be improved whilst acknowledging the resource limitations that we have.
We are a registered Charity and we have a contract with the Legal Services Commision for the provision of certain advice services.
